Home area and travel charges

SeaLife Digital does not charge for travel time in the Tampa Bay and Sun Coast areas. This is the area from Venice in the south to Madeira Beach along the ICW, and all of Tampa Bay.

For projects elsewhere in Florida, we bill $1.50 per mile driven which covers vehicle costs and recovers some travel time cost.

We provide unparalleled electronics solutions to clients within our designated home area. For projects outside this region, transparent travel charges are applied to ensure fair pricing. Partner with us for seamless, cost-effective services that exceed your expectations.

For project requiring air travel, we bill travel and lodging at cost and request pre-payment of airfare and the first night of lodging and labor. Travel days are billed at half of the on-site labor rate.

There may also be additional shipping charges required for transporting lithium-based batteries (for installation tools) or other project materials.
